go back to an audit by d.c.'s office of campaign finance. it found that brown's 2008 election campaign failed to report more than $400,000 in contributions an expenditures and that $239,000 wound up in the hands of a consulting company controlled by brown's brother. kwame brown's original plea agreement where he admit guilt to those charges called for a six-month jail sentence but prosecutors since then sort of softened their opinion on that. they said they would be willing to accept six days in jail served primarily on weekends and three years of supervised probation. brown's attorneys on the other hand are asking for no jail time, two years of supervised probation and community service. back to you guys. >> thank you. >>> now for a follow-up to a fox 5 investigation on a critical shortage of paramedics in the district. >> the city can't keep enough medic units on the streets around the clock. today, d.c.'s fire chief will announce a plan to move medics off the overnight hours to help with busier times of the day. the chief disputes the claim by the firefighters union that t
